The show was apparently cancelled on November 20, as the ABC network did not pick up any new episodes past the 2008-2009 season. Episodes that were already filmed will be aired as well as any other episodes that have yet to be filmed to complete the shows that ABC had ordered.
This is a show I enjoy watching because it is just so juicy and scandalous. Almost like a soap opera and the star power of actors such as Donald Sutherland, Blair Underwood and newcomer Lucy Liu make it soooo good to watch.

Please do NOT let the best show on TV go off the air. The show didnt get a real chance due to the writer strike and deserves another year or two to get things going. Hey!…Even Seinfeld didnt get popular until the third season!
